Esta es la fortaleza de Hwaseong, que fue construida por el rey hace unos 200 años para visitar la tumba de su padre, ya que era algo que todos los coreanos debían hacer, y, por supuesto, para fortalecer la defensa militar. Se dice que combina varias tecnologías arquitectónicas de Asia y Europa. Yo nunca he ido a Europa. Bueno, ayer subimos en un globo aerostático con unos clientes de EE. UU., y valió la pena porque la vista era algo diferente.

This is the Hwaseong Fortress, which was built by the king about 200 years ago to visit his father’s tomb, as it was something all Koreans were expected to do at the time, and of course, to strengthen military defense. It is said to combine various architectural technologies from both Asia and Europe. I’ve never been to Europe myself. Anyway, yesterday we went up in a hot air balloon with some clients from the U.S., and it was totally worth it—the view was truly unique.
